Has anyone heard all the hubbub about the books discovered in Jordan recently?
I read about them today. It seems that they are pretty sure that they are Christian texts from within a decade or 2 after the crucifixion. (Given away by the image of the cross, and symbols used to represent the tomb, and carbon dating for the age.) These may have even been touched by the Apostles, written by one of the other early saints.
I have added some links to articles on them. If anyone has any more, please add them here. I wanna keep on track with this, as it could blow many of the criticisms that many use against Christianity away, such as those that question the dating of the Gospels and emergence.
