Dear John Mark,
This would interest me very much. However, you neglected to put what time this meeting starts!

Lecture
Dear John Mark,

Very many thanks for publicising this talk - I have heard John Fisher and he is a very good lecturer; it will be a treat - and I shall try to be there if my other duties allow.

In Christ,

John

Dear John and Kirk,

That is good to hear. The Institute of Historical Research seminars in general appear to be of very high quality.

Were the "Assyrians" faced with much hope in Iraq following on from the First World War given that the Kurds were so aggressive towards them from 1915-1918?

In Christ,

Jm

Assyrians
Dear John Mark,

As I had predicted, I was prevented by other engagements, but I suspect John's paper will end up being published in a volume which is likely to appear in a series of which I am one of the editors; I'll keep you all informed as things progress.

In Christ,

John
