Further to my other posting, What’s in a name?, I am reminded that the latest edition, September-October, of barnabasaid is also available for download

The edition includes suggestions for Suffering Church Sunday which the Barnabas Fund encourages Churches to observe one Sunday in November every year. His Eminence Abba Seraphim has long commended this observation and in the British Orthodox Church of Christ the Saviour, Bournemouth, we keep this practice, this year on 21st November. It is not essential to use all or indeed any of the material suggested by the Barnabas Fund which is intended as a help if one should need it… but whether using any of their material or not I would commend to all the observation of Suffering Church Sunday this November.
