Saint Severus eikon

There is, on the BOF forum "frontpage", a lovely (albeit low-res) photo of a wall-painting of St Severus; it shows the saintly Patriarch clasping the Holy Bible, his hand raised in blessing.

Could some kind person pls let me know (a) the source of this image (Egyptian, I presume?); and (b) how/where I might find a high-res copy.
