Medieval Coptic thinkers
Dear all,
A few months back I was doing some research and used a book called 'A Panoramic View of Patriatics.' by Fr Tadros Malaty. The book listed many Coptic thinkers from the Post-Islamic invasion era. I have noticed that there is a distinct lack of literature concerning Coptic Thinkers from this time, or at least little in English that I am aware of. Does anyone know of any good books which cover these thinkers or at least some of them? Since I feel that the 600AD-1900AD black hole is quite a gap in knowledge and needs to be looked into more. "The true Christian is a warrior making his way through the regiments of the invisible enemy to his heavenly homeland." - St Herman of Alaska. |
