Some members of the British Orthodox Fellowship attend the regular Coptic Orthodox Liturgy held at the University of East Anglia.
There is a Coptic Liturgy at the Chaplaincy at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, every Sunday morning at 9.30, where the priest is Fr. Makar El Anba-Bishoy. The congregation is mainly Egyptian, but the service is in English, as well as Coptic, and those interested in the BOC are warmly invited to attend both the service and the breakfast afterwards. There will usually be a member of the BOC in the congregation who is happy to talk to you afterwards. As with all Coptic services, you may turn up at any point in the first hour without anyone thinking this is in the slightest bit odd. It is a friendly and lively service, offering a good taste of Alexandria in Norfolk.
